Billijean M. O’Brien,
RN, MSN, LNHA, CALA, CNAA, CHCE, CDP
is a Nurse Executive with 30 years
of experience in post-acute product
line development, system integration
and service delivery. Post acute expertise
includes home health/hospice, sub-acute/skilled
nursing care, adult medical/social day
care and assisted living services. Her
responsibilities have included regulatory
compliance for State, Federal, JCAHO,
OSHA, and HIPPA standards. She provides
consultation for start-up as well as
established facilities/programs.
