Lynn Biot-Gordon LCSW, CDP®

Lynn Biot-Gordon is a licensed clinical social worker with a Bachelors degree in psychology and a master of social work degree from Boston University. Her social work experience spans 20 years and includes mental health, hospice, long term care, and school social work. She has served in the areas of administration, direct practice, health education, and clinical supervision. She founded Gordon Social Work Consultants in 1997 to provide consultation services for long term care facilities which includes training and in-services on a variety of topics for residents, families, and health care staff.

Lisa A. Reidinger LNHA, CSW, CTRS, CDP®

Lisa has over 25 year experience in Geriatrics, Reception Therapy, and Social Service.

Presently, Lisa words as a Resident Care Specialist / Congregate Housing Service Coordinator for a 150 unit Senior Housing and Assisted Living complex.

Lisa teaches the MEPAP 1 & MEPAP 2 NCCAP approved Activity courses for her company, Alternative Solutions in Long Term Care. Other teaching experiences includes Recreation Therapy and Gerontology courses at her local community college.
Lisa is a member of the American Association of Service Coordinators and is working towards her Professional Service Coordinators Certification.

Lisa has also presented various topics on Recreational Therapy, Long Term care, and Activities for Health Care organizations.

Sandra Stimson CALA, ADC, CDP®

Sandra has over 15 years in long term care. Her experience is as an Assistant Administrator, Dementia Coordinator, Activity Director, Activity Consultant, National Speaker, Corporate Trainer, Regional Activity Director and Support Group leader. She is active on numerous boards.

She has worked in a variety of long term care settings, boarding homes, residential facility and nursing homes. She is an Activity Consultant and Corporate Consultant to several national chains.

Sandra is also a consultant to facilities that wish to implement dementia units or survey readiness in the area of Activities or Dementia Units.

She is the author of several books and publications dealing with dementia, pet therapy, and volunteer management. She has authored numerous articles dealing with long term care issues and dementia units.

Sandra is the owner of Alternative Solutions in Long Term Care, a national training and consulting company. Her web site provides products and resources for health care professionals.

Sandra is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified Assisted Living Administrator and Certified Activity Director. Sandra has been nominated for numerous awards.

She is a member of NJAPA and NCCAP.

Sandra is the Executive Director of the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners®, LLC.
