Congratulation to Corporations Congratulations to Individuals The Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care 8 hour seminar is a great program to bring to your next state or national conference in that not only are you providing your membership a comprehensive dementia education but also the ability to move forward with CDP Certified Dementia Practitioner Certification (if they qualify). The CDP application is $125.00 per person but if your members are offered this seminar at your state or national conference, the CDP application fee is $35.00 per person. This is a great savings. Please contact the NCCDP for conference rates using our contact form or please contact us by phone at 1.877.729.5191.
