A Note From Our CEO

As we begin 2026, I want to share a brief update on what we’re building at NCCDP.

We’re excited about our new member portal which will enable a more modern, streamlined experience. As many of you noticed, we’ve encountered some unexpected challenges with our website development partners, and we’re actively working through those now. We sincerely appreciate your patience during this transition. We’re confident that once these final issues are resolved in the coming weeks, the new portal will significantly improve how you access certifications, renewals, and member resources compared to our previous system.

Additionally, later this year we plan to launch a memory care eLearning platform to expand access to high-quality, on-demand education. We’re also investing in more free member resources, including in-services, practical on-the-job manuals, and a member forum to support connection and shared learning across our community. Please feel free to reach out if you have any suggestions around helpful member resources.

Thank you for your continued trust in NCCDP. We remain committed to delivering tools, education, and support that help you succeed in your important work.
