Attention NCCDP Trainers! Be sure you are putting after your name the initials CDP and CADDCT. In your bio, you should be stating NCCDP Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer® and Certified Dementia Practitioner®.
The seminar name is called Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Seminar, not Alzheimer’s and Dementia Seminar.
Your handout notebooks, brochures, press releases, evaluations, certificates, and sign-in sheet you provide to your students should reflect the seminar name as shown here.
