The National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP) is proud to welcome The Renaissance Retirement Campus, the premier community of Eliza Jennings in Olmsted Township, Ohio, into the Memory Care Excellence Network (MCEN).
Situated on more than 50 acres of peaceful lawns, gardens, and walking trails, The Renaissance is recognized as one of the region’s leading not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Communities. Their lifelong commitment to residents reflects a deep dedication to quality, compassion, and innovation in senior living.
The Renaissance’s Memory Support programs are led by Certified Dementia Practitioners (CDPs) and grounded in person-centered care practices that honor the individual’s history, values, and personal interests. Their staff exemplify the highest level of professionalism and empathy, fostering environments that support dignity, connection, and purposeful living for those with cognitive impairment.
Membership in the Memory Care Excellence Network is awarded only to long-term care organizations that demonstrate the highest standards in dementia care. Facilities undergo a rigorous evaluation process including assessments of staff training, operational excellence, and ongoing competency in memory care. MCEN communities are distinguished not just by meeting expectations—but by exceeding them.
We are honored to recognize The Renaissance Retirement Campus as a model of excellence in memory care and a valued addition to the Memory Care Excellence Network.
