The Renaissance’s Memory Support programs are led by Certified Dementia Practitioners (CDPs) and grounded in person-centered care practices that honor the individual’s history, values, and personal interests. Membership in the Memory Care Excellence Network is awarded only to long-term care organizations that demonstrate the highest standards in dementia care.
